Qualifying work experience: An opportunity or an obstacle for the role of clinical legal education?

Led by Gillian Hutchens

The podcast

Students from the School of Law help the public with legal problems via the University’s Law Clinics and projects. They aim to help people whilst developing their professional legal skills.

This podcast looks at whether students should be able to use the experience of Law Clinic work to help them qualify as solicitors. It explores how the Law Clinics work and the role they play in ensuring new lawyers have the skills the public needs.
