Holding people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people in hospitals is a significant issue in the UK. Thousands of individuals and their families are affected, with many experiencing prolonged stays. The hospital environment is often perceived as unsupportive, hindering recovery and creating barriers to discharge.

Join researchers, activists and disability organisations at this film screening, panel discussion and networking event looking at this pressing issue from the perspective of those with lived experience.
