S33 by Harriet Tarlo

Harriet Tarlo is an open form poet published by Shearsman, Wild Pansy and Guillemot Presses. Her interest lies in place, landscape and environment, and her previous collection with Kym Martindale, Spillways, arose from fieldwork around the rivers, becks and reservoirs north of Sheffield.

In 2022 Off the Shelf commissioned Harriet to write a poem with the environment at its heart. This new work, S33, is named for the postcode for the Upper Derwent Reservoirs on the Yorkshire/Derbyshire border.
